Tissue Prominent Sexual Dimorphism Genes

A novel bioinformatic database has been established to facilitate more profound investigations into the genes associated with sexual dimorphism. This bioinformatics tool primarily facilitates the visualization of protein-coding gene expressions and variations across individual male and female samples. Users are encouaged to explore the variations in expression and the levels of protein-coding genes across a range of significant tissue subtypes utilizing the latest GTEx V10 datasets. An escalating focus on the importance of sexual dimorphism has emerged within clinical practices and biomedical research. A thorough comprehension of human biology in both sexes is crucial, given the inherent variations that exist within each. It is our conviction that the distinct variations between individuals of different sexes ought to be given greater prominence in the studies of sexual dimorphism. Furthermore, the expression of genes that demonstrate tissue-specific sexual dimorphism is widely acknowledged to have significant implications in a range of diseases. Our aim is to offer accessible assistance in the exploration of hypothetical human protein-coding genes that play a role in human variations and the study of sexual dimorphism.
